os sindicatos e a reforma da educação na Grécia

Este artigo analisa desafios e dilemas dos sindicatos docentes na negociação de políticas educacionais em contextos de crise. Com atenção especial à avaliação de escolas e professores/as, o estudo enfoca as reformas da educação grega, analisando sua implementação num período prolongado de ajuste estrutural e austeridade (2010–2023). A partir de entrevistas com lideranças de sindicatos do ensino primário e secundário, discutem-se as condições em que as reformas surgiram e as respostas dos sindicatos docentes num sistema educacional em processo de transformação histórica. Argumenta-se que a crise provocou incertezas estratégicas no sindicalismo docente grego, que apesar disso conserva sua identidade como componente ativo dos movimentos por mudança educacional, defendendo o status e as condições de trabalho de seus membros. Os debates na Grécia evidenciam uma combinação de aspirações econômicas e políticas, característica dos sindicatos docentes em toda o sul da Europa.
