Construindo solidariedade por meio da justiça social na educação
da colaboração e do conflito à fusão entre sindicatos de professores/as suecos/as

A colaboração sindical em questões de justiça social conecta os/as trabalhadores/as entre si e às suas comunidades mais amplas e, portanto, é considerada uma estratégia de renovação sindical. Antes de sua fusão em 1º de janeiro de 2023, o Lärarförbundet (Sindicato de Professores/as) e o Lärarnas Riksförbund (Sindicato Nacional de Professores/as) colaboravam intermitentemente para desafiar as injustiças educacionais no altamente segregado mercado escolar sueco. Por meio de pesquisa documental, com o diálogo como método, este estudo de caso explora as diretrizes e dinâmicas políticas dessa colaboração entre sindicatos. Usando enquadramento e intermediação como lentes conceituais, argumentamos que os dois sindicatos colaboraram, em graus variados, predominantemente em questões políticas, profissionais e de negociação. No entanto, essas ações conjuntas foram conduzidas num contexto de declínio da filiação sindical, agendas nacionais competitivas de recrutamento e surgimento de grupos de ‘rebelião’ liderados por professores/as da base que faziam campanha pela educação pública. A solidariedade externa na organização foi, portanto, limitada pela diferenciação interorganizacional e intraprofissional e pela orientação de ambos os sindicatos para um modelo de sindicalismo de serviço. Pesquisas futuras podem explorar a complexidade da colaboração intersindical no recém-fusionado Sveriges Lärare e até que ponto o ativismo regional e alianças mais amplas com movimentos sociais poderiam promover uma agenda de organização mais democrática.
