Resumo

Este artigo argumenta que a coordenação nacional de docentes contratados/as à força é um movimento de justiça social que vai além das demandas por melhores condições de emprego e justiça educacional por meio de escolas que as comunidades merecem, resistindo a filosofias que utilizam seu status relegado como exemplo de injustiças e hierarquias no Marrocos. Para compreender os esforços de organização dos/das educadores/as, foram feitas entrevistas aprofundadas com figuras importantes da Coordenação Nacional de Docentes Forçados/as ao Regime de Contrato – NCFCT para se desenvolver uma análise profunda sobre as razões, o funcionamento e os objetivos de seu ativismo. Também foram examinados registros públicos, incluindo comunicados à imprensa, relatórios internacionais, discursos de cidadãos/ãs e declarações de partes interessadas e acadêmicos/as para navegar pelas complexidades envolvidas na resistência de educadores/as às políticas educacionais neoliberais baseadas no mercado e seu ativismo em direção a uma sociedade mais igualitária. As conclusões revelaram que docentes mobilizaram seu ativismo para atender às complexidades políticas e socioeconômicas mais amplas do país por meio de estratégias, objetivos, demandas e formas de ativismo renovados, continuamente ajustados às pressões do Estado e às crescentes restrições à liberdade de expressão e manifestação.
