Greves docentes na Argentina, no Brasil e no México (2012–2022)

O descontentamento dos/das professores/as é um objeto de pesquisa importante na literatura sobre o sindicalismo docente na América Latina. Este artigo traz uma contribuição inédita a esse tema tradicional, apresentando dados estatísticos sobre greves de professores/as do ensino fundamental e médio na Argentina, no Brasil e no México entre 2012 e 2022. Essa abordagem destaca diferenças importantes na ação grevista entre as redes pública e privada, entre docentes da rede pública em diferentes estados de cada país e entre os três países quanto aos níveis de negociação em que as greves docentes ocorrem. A partir da categoria regimes de trabalho docente, podemos compreender essas diferenças com consistência teórica, ressaltando o papel dos/das agentes na configuração e reconfiguração dos regimes de trabalho, a importância do controle dos empregos para a dinâmica desses regimes e sua estruturação multiescalar.
