ruptura de professores/as chilenos/as com o consenso sobre o desenvolvimento profissional docente

Resumo

Este artigo analisa a ruptura dentro da principal organização de professores/as do Chile provocada por um movimento dissidente durante o desenvolvimento da nova Política Nacional de Ensino – PND, que ocorreu entre os anos de 2014 e 2016. O estudo enfoca o despertar coletivo dos/das professores/as e a lógica interna das políticas docentes neoliberais. Por meio de entrevistas e análise de políticas públicas, o estudo conclui que o movimento docente dissidente deu visibilidade à exclusão das experiências dos/das docentes nas discussões sobre a PND, enfraquecendo o suposto consenso quanto ao desenvolvimento profissional docente. Entretanto, embora argumentemos que esses resultados demonstram a importância dos sindicatos docentes como atores políticos, também sugerimos que esse papel é limitado se os sindicatos não desenvolverem, além da crítica necessária, um projeto político-pedagógico compartilhado.
