Conflito e desmobilização
lições sobre legitimidade e poder associativo a partir da greve de professores/as da Polônia em 2019

Em 2019, a Polônia vivenciou uma grande greve de docentes que durou três semanas. Embora tenha tido grande impacto sobre muitos/as professores/as, a ação não alcançou nenhuma de suas reivindicações. Utilizando os conceitos de poder associativo de trabalhadores/as e legitimidade sindical, defendo que uma das razões da derrota foi uma crise de legitimidade dentro do principal sindicato que mobilizou a greve. Com base em entrevistas com participantes do movimento grevista, analiso as dinâmicas do poder associativo dos/das trabalhadores/as durante a paralisação decorrentes da crise de legitimidade da organização grevista, o Sindicato de Professores/as da Polônia – ZNP, em quatro áreas críticas: percepção de injustiça, percepção de eficácia, acessibilidade ao sindicato e democracia interna, antes e durante a greve; e discuto como essas percepções podem contribuir para a renovação do movimento sindical.
